Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

  • Orders are dispatched via express delivery, and typically reach you within 4–7 working days.

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times in case you're unavailable.

  • We use trusted third-party logistics partners for safe and reliable shipping.

Return Policy

  • We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • If you choose to return a product, ₹100 will be deducted as return handling charges.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

  • Zikar reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the refund.

  • The return process usually takes 4–5 working days after the pickup is completed.

  • We offer reverse pickup services through our courier partners across most Indian PIN codes.

  • In case your area falls under an ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone) and we’re unable to arrange a pickup, you will be required to courier the item to us at your own cost.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer free exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items requested for exchange must be unused and returned in their original condition.

  • The exchange process typically takes 5–6 working days once the reverse pickup is completed.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

  • If we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup due to ODZ, you may be required to ship the product to us directly.
